At PEM, we understand the importance and needs of breastfeeding, with that in mind, all confinement nannies from PEM will undergo a breastfeeding workshop conducted by a certified lactation consultant from Breastfeeding Mother Support Group Singapore.

This training workshop provided for our nannies will cover topics like;

  Why is breastfeeding require and the benefits of breastfeeding to the mother and baby.
  What is breast milk and how to improve lactation?
  Proper latching and various breastfeeding positions.
  Roles of a confinement nanny.
  How to provide emotional support and assistance to mother in breastfeeding.

PEM strongly believe and encourage mother to breastfeed and that is a thought that we shall carve it into every single confinement nanny of our agency.
