Inhouse Training Programme

At PEM, we strongly believe in the need for a confinement nanny to undergo a proper training program to ensure that the service she delivers is of up to date skills and practices and not just based on her experience working in the field.

With that in mind, it is a requirement for all confinement nannies in PEM to undergo a three days in house training program conducted by our in-house trainers which cover topics like:

 Baby caring techniques

 Proper hygiene practices

 Confinement diet planning

 Practical work skills

 Live experience sharing

Experience is important but knowledge surpasses all.
