Legal – Contrary to most of the freelancers and some agencies, our nannies working in Singapore will have in possession of a work permit issued by Ministry of Manpower that is specially designated for the confinement field.

Exclusive – All nannies residing in PEM are exclusive to our company. This indicates that neither do they freelance nor work duo agents. Such exclusivity enables us to monitor our nannies work rate at a minimal of 8 cases annually.

Quality Control – Before becoming a qualified PEM confinement nanny, a stringent screening will be conducted base on essential pre-requisites such as baby care, culinary skills, herbal knowledge and hygiene, etc. Furthermore, the company feedback management systems ensure that all of our customers’ valued comments are reviewed seriously which helps to further improve both our nannies’ future performances and company services.

Medical Check-up – All our nannies undergoes an annual medical check-up for Hepatitis A, B and HIV. This ensures that their physical health condition does not cause a threat to any of the family members.
